AVOCADO CHOCSICLES RECIPE

MAKES 24 SERVINGS
4 each - Avocados, peeled and pitted
1 1⁄2 cups - Heavy Cream
3⁄4 cups - Honey
2 1⁄2 cups - 60% dark chocolate
1 cups - coconut oil
24 each - Avocado popsicles
3 1⁄2 cups - Chocolate Shell
1. Puree avocados, honey and cream until smooth.
2. Run through a chinois.
3. Pour avocado mixture into popsicle molds; freeze until solid.
1. Melt the chocolate.
2. Whisk in coconut oil; hold at room temperature.
1. Dip avocado popsicles halfway into chocolate shell; allow shell to harden. Serve immediately.
